Shipping and Returns
Phyla uses the United States Postal Service to ship packages. Orders are shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
USPS First Class Mail
Delivery takes about 3-5 days once processed. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO/FPO.
USPS Priority Mail
Delivery takes about 1-3 days once processed. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO/FPO.
International Mail
Most orders shipped via International Mail are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery takes about 1-3 weeks. Your Phortify Serum will still be stable upon arrival, we do recommend placing it in the refrigerator once you receive it.
Return/Refund Policy
If you have placed more than one order with us, we ask that you reach out within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process. The box/package must be unopened to ensure maintained quality of the returned item(s). If you have any questions, please reach out to us info@phitherapeutics.com.
Damages and issues
If you receive items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly, we will gladly replace or exchange them at no cost to you. However, please note that claims must be made within 7 business days of receiving the products. If you wish to return an unopened item to sender for a refund, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Additionally, returns for unopened orders that have been in your possession for over 7 days cannot be accepted as our bacteriophage product has a shelf life of 60 days.
First Order - Money Back Guarantee
To achieve optimal results, we kindly request you use the Phyla system twice daily for at least 60 days. Clear skin takes time with any new routine. In more extreme acne cases, some may experience a slight increase in breakouts during the first 60 days. This is most often due to the adjustment period where the serum is reintroducing healthy bacteria to your microbiome. For long-term improvement, we strongly recommend using Phyla for the full 60 days. If you feel like your acne is not improving after 60 days, please contact us at info@phylabiotics.com.
If you are not happy with your product after 60 days, the window to contact us for a refund is 60-90 days from your first order delivery. We will share the Refund Request Form and assess your submission. If eligible, we will issue a 50% refund for your first order minus any shipping fees.
